About Kirsty Baggs-Morgan
After a successful 20 year HR career in international leadership roles, Kirsty works as an HR Consultant, Executive Coach and Management Due Diligence Project Lead. She is also a Non-Executive Director for a Tech start up. In all areas of her work, Kirsty advises leadership teams, Boards and HR professionals on strategy and strategic planning across multiple industries.
Kirsty has devoted herself to providing support to others in the HR profession through SPICE, through 1:1 coaching and also through the creation of the Evolving HR Directory
Kirsty created SPICE to address some of the gaps and obstacles she experienced during her own HR career and that she has witnessed in others through her coaching. The ultimate aim for SPICE is to help other HR professionals realise their full potential much sooner in their careers than she did.

FORMAT/GROUP SIZE
Spaces are capped at 8 per cohort
The bulk of the learning content is contained on a learning portal and participants have access to each module's content a week before the group call.
There is one group call per module, plus two additional calls; one to assess initial level of strategic capability and the second to give group feedback on the results of the RQi resilience psychometric assessment.
