About Kirsty Baggs-Morgan
After a successful 25 year HR career in international leadership roles and a spot of HR Consultancy and Executive Coaching, Kirsty now works as a Strategy Coach & Consultant and Due Diligence Project Lead. She is also a Non-Executive Director for a Tech start up. In all areas of her work, Kirsty advises leadership teams, Boards and HR professionals on strategy and strategic planning across multiple industries.
Kirsty has devoted herself to providing support to others in the HR profession through her S.P.I.C.E. programme, through coaching and also through the creation of Evolving HR; a thriving platform and community for HR professionals and HR business owners.
Kirsty created S.P.I.C.E. to address some of the gaps and obstacles she experienced during her own HR career and that she has witnessed in others through her coaching. The ultimate aim for S.P.I.C.E. is simply to help other HR professionals realise their full potential much sooner in their careers than she did.
Outside of work, Kirsty lives in southern Spain with her husband and adopted Texan cat.
